In the Kennedy Center, the National Youth Visionaries Association's (NYVA) Annual Award Ceremony brings together an impressive mix of attendees—from the artists' families to local community members, nonprofit organizations, educators, and fellow artists—all united to celebrate the burgeoning creative talents of these youths. The NYVA, founded with the lofty goal of empowering young artists as global visionaries, is consistently using art as a tool for social change, focusing on themes like world peace and environmental stewardship.
